RBW - Coureur 2-Part Canoe Pack

The challenge of solo canoe tripping often comes down to load management, and the Coureur 2-Part solves the balancing problem with a system that's fast to assemble and faster to split apart.

Two 52L sections clip together into a single 104L pack for portaging, then separate in seconds at the water's edge to distribute weight evenly across the canoe. Each section is built from 1000-denier nylon with 2-inch webbing running down both sides and along the bottom for tumpline connection, and a back panel combining 3/4-inch reticulated foam over 1/2-inch EVA foam keeps the load from digging in on longer carries. Six hi-visibility grab handles across both sections make handling easy at the put-in, take-out, and everywhere in between. The included modular shoulder straps are padded, adjustable, and removable, with a sternum strap and the ability to set ride height to suit your frame and load.

Each section runs its own lid system with three quick-release compression straps, an expandable drawstring attic cuff for overflow gear, and two yellow compression straps underneath to cinch the load. Daisy chains along both sides add lash points for extra kit or for securing to a winter toboggan. A 20L or 30L RBW barrel fits inside one section, and the pack is fully compatible with the RBW Super Tump and standard tumpline for paddlers who prefer that style of carry.
