A true top cropping British strain used in the production of beers featuring an upfront malt and hop profile. This yeast will finish slightly sweet with a mild fruitiness. Reliably flocculent, this strain will produce bright beers with minimal aging. A perfect choice for Scottish ales, bitters, English brown ales and stouts.
NOTE: During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs will all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
