Narrow Leaf Chain Sword Plant (Echinodorus Tenellus)

Echinodorus tenellus is a smaller sword, and only reaches about 4" tall. Very nice size for a smaller aquarium.

Narrow Leaf Chain Sword propagates readily by sending out runners. Very similar to Microsword, and equally suited for a lovely nano tank.

Very easy-to-keep plant that needs neither Co2 or high lights to thrive. 

Broad leaf Chain Sword  is also available!

One Plantlet is 3-6" tall, may have budding or daughter plants attached.

Grown EMERGENT

Growing requirements:

• 65-80 Degrees Fahrenheit
• Ph 6-8
• Medium light intensity
• Moderate growth speed

As I like to keep real ecosystems in my aquariums, there’s always a chance of harmless hitchhikers like snails or dwarf shrimp tagging along with your plants!

I personally keep several beneficial snail species in my tanks, including Colorful Ramshorns, Bronze Bladder and Pond Snails, Mini Rams, and Malaysian Trumpet Snails. These snails stay relatively small, help clean the aquarium, and do not eat healthy plants or cause harm.
