• Grinding Wheel: Available in two sizes, 20mm and 35mm. The 20mm grinding wheel provides 200# coarse grinding, while the 35mm wheel offers 180# coarse grinding on the right side and 280# fine grinding on the left side.
• Detachable Water Tanks: The manual lens edger includes two detachable water tanks for easy water replacement. The upper tank features a brass water valve for precise water flow control, and the lower tank connects to a drainage pipe for effective wastewater disposal.
• Copper Water Valve: Water flow is managed by a durable brass water valve located in the upper tank, known for its outstanding corrosion resistance and longevity.
• Dual Stand and Splash Guard: The dual stand design improves stability, reducing wobbling during operation. The splash guard, along with a small sponge, effectively minimizes water splashing during use. Please be careful not to remove the sponge pad positioned between the grinding wheel and the splash guard.
• Applications: This lens polisher is specifically designed for polishing and grinding materials such as resin, glass, plastic, stone, and knives. After extended use, always replace the dirty water in the water tank with clean water to prevent pump clogging.
