• Details:  This is such an adorable figurine from Department 56!  It is part of their Snowbabies Miniature Collection that ran from 1989 to 2006.  This style was made from 1995 to 1998, it's called "Ring the Bells, it's Christmas".  We've seen many list these pieces as Cast Iron, but we have confirmed these are Hand Painted Pewter.  This one has an added real silk ribbon.  The bottom has the original sticker:  "Department 56, Made in China".  The perfect gift for a Snowbabies collector!  A really cute addition to an all white Christmas decor.  This piece is heavy for its size, would not work well hanging on a wreath or the tree.

• Dimensions:  2.75 inches Tall and 2.0 inches Wide (at its widest point)
• Condition:  Vintage - Used.  Very Good Condition.  There is a tiny paint chip on the bell bow on the very top.  We could find no other issues.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns.  Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.  

Department 56 was started in 1976, it is owned by Enesco.  They are based in Eden Prairie MN and are well known for their holiday collectibles, ornaments and giftware.  Their most collected items are the lit Christmas village collections and Snowbabies collection.
