Aslan Phrases and their Biblical meaning

The Chronicles of Narnia have a biblical background, its author C.S. Lewis was a literature professor. Much of his life was dedicated to writing books with Christian themes, such as: Mere Christianity, The Great Divorce, The Screwtape Letters, Miracles, Surprised by Joy, among others. But the books that had the most impact were The Chronicles of Narnia, this because the age of its readers expanded because those who read these books were mostly children.Many children began writing letters to C.S. Lewis asking him questions about the meaning of things in his Narnia books, and he spent a lot of time responding to each letter. Part of what is in this book are answers that he himself gave in those letters. Another part are clear similarities that Aslan's phrases have with what is written in the Bible. Read more
