ASI 3434-P (24 x 24 x 1.25) Commercial Straddle Grab Bar, 1-1/2" Diameter x 24"Length, Stainless Steel (Peened)

The ASI 3434-P Grab Bar is a straddle grab bar unit, designed to provide ample support for those who need the added benefit of using both hands when utilizing the restroom. Featuring a peened gripping surface, the unit is 24 inches in width by 24 inches in height. The grab bars are crafted from 18-gauge stainless steel tubing that has an attractive satin finish to cut down on fingerprints, while still giving the unit an attractive gleam. At either end of the unit and at the angle is a flange that is 3 inches in diameter. Each flange is made from type-304, 11-gauge stainless steel and is securely herliarc welded to the stainless steel tubing. Within each flange, there are three countersunk, predrilled holes 7/32 inches in diameter and designed to accept No. 10 self-tapping screws or oval head mounting screws (not included). One hole is positioned approximately every 120 degrees to ensure the securest installation possible. Once the grab bar is mounted, the mounting hardware remains fully exposed. The unit meets or exceeds all requirements for grab bars established in ADA.
