At the push of a foot pedal the CAVS draws a vacuum around your products; its automated stainless-steel nozzle then subsequently retracts before its 1/4” wide-sealing element delivers a leak proof seal to any kind and thickness of flexible bags including clear, foil (Mylar), mil spec and ESD bags. In a matter of seconds your components are sealed and protected.

Clean room compatible with precision components the CAVS leads the industry in seal speed while delivering clean wrinkle-free seals without any bag distortion. Of key significance, like the AVN, AVP and AVS, the CAVS-20 will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaw completely meet, further ensuring operator safety and uncompromised seal integrity
