NQF Level 7 is designed to give you the expertise to improve organizational procurement and to fulfill organizational objectives. It helps you develop the knowledge base to reduce cost, improve quality and time scales, manage the supply chain and deal with legal issues. NQF Level 7 focuses on cost reduction and added value of purchases and supplies, improving time scales and stock control, management and innovation in the procurement and supply process, and developing legal and risk management expertise.
1 Managing Risks in Supply Chain:
The module is designed to enable candidates to undertake risk analysis and apply a range of appropriate risk management tools and techniques in supply chains.
2 Improving the competitiveness of Supply Chains:
Unit is designed to help candidates understand a range of techniques to improve the competitiveness of organizations in supply chain.
3 Category Management in Procurement and Supply:
Unit focuses on differing approaches or methodologies for strategic sourcing and category management, demonstrating the role of the procurement and supply chain specialist in leading these approaches.
4 Sustainability in Supply Chains:
Unit is designed to enable those involved in procurement and supply to appraise the main techniques that improve organizations operations.
5 Operations Management in Supply Chain:
Unit covers critical aspects of the development, financing, implementation and delivery of major programmes and projects.


NQF Level 8 in Procurement and supply.

Entry Requirements:

You will need to have achieved the NQF Level 6 in procurement and supply or the CIPS Advanced diploma in purchasing and supply
