The CILT International Professional Advanced Diploma is aimed at managers aspiring to move to more senior, strategic roles within the logistics, shipping, transport and supply chain management sector and those supervisors already controlling operational activities within the industry who wish to advance to managerial positions.

Looks at how organizations need to become more aware of strategic performance and to integrate if they are to achieve the aim of operating on a global scale. Also looks at strategic supply strategies and the opportunities to collaborate between organizations, examining issues that impact on future.
5.
Research Methods and Professional Project:
Aims to develop students’ ability to apply research methods and techniques to organizations and to enable them to use both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in problem analysis and solving.

Do I need any previous qualifications to start this course?

CILT (UK) Level 5 International Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport or any related diploma / degree with management experience.

Who the Level 5 qualification is for:

Completing this qualification will enable candidates to apply for strategic management positions such as Regional logistics manager, Warehouse and distribution manager etc. in the following areas:

Aviation, Freight Forwarding, Manufacturing logistics, Ports, Procurement management, Retail transport, shipping, Supply Chain Management, Transport planning, Travel and sustainable transport, Warehouse management.

The qualification will lead to the CMILT (Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and transport) status.
